Stray inwardly wonders what Kid Flash is doing in Gotham City,
before realizing that he doesn’t care. It doesn’t effect him now,
and ultimately holds no relevance to his operations. Just another
reminder of his new found freedom, he thinks. It makes his smirk
widen.
❛ And here I was, thinking that I made
skintight suits look good. ❜

Tim had wondered, on more than one occasion, what Bruce
would have thought of his decisions. But he neverthought
he’d ever get the chance to find out–he hadn't wanted to,
anyways.
He had suspected that Bruce had still been alive, but he hadn’t
been prepared to go on a global search when he was mentally
and emotionally unstable (feelings that were only worsened as
everyone told him, but with nicer words, that he was c r a z y.)
His facade shatters when he sees his former mentor FATHER, and the comfort he normally finds in Stray’s persona fails him
and leaves Tim feeling vulnerable and ridiculous.
But Bruce is dead. This has to be a hallucination, a sick joke–

❛ What’s going on?! ❜

Tim’s immediate thought is why isn’t Dick in the cowl? His brow
creases as he watches the familiar blue and black costume,
donned by an even more familiar Dick Grayson. He supposes
it’s possible that he’s just taking a break from the weight of the
mantle and from his bratty sidekick–not that Tim blames him.
Oh, but now– ah. Stray has been noticed. He already knows
that there are no near and easy escape routes, so he stands
from his crouch and easily slips into a coy expression.
❛ Nightwing in Gotham? I must say that I’m a
little surprised. It has been a while. But may
I add, I've missed the view. ❜
( it needs to be december 1st so I can use my christmas icon. :C )
I call it “Catlad speedpaint”. I did it. I hopped on the bandwagon. Maybe I’m too late. Oh darn. Oh well.

❛ D-Dick?! ❜
When Tim had seen that Haly’s Circus was in Gotham, with
flyers advertising their famous act of The Flying Graysons,
he’d obviously gone to investigate. Going back into the circus
brought back memories from so many years ago (one’s that
weren’t very welcomed, considering his current relationship with
who the memories featured), but then–
But then he’d seen Dick. Younger, but not as young as he
should have been to be wearing that acrobatic’s costume.

❛ Come now, are the guns really necessary? ❜
Stray poises the question with a petulant pout, swiveling his
position on the windowsill with practiced balance. He raises
his gloved hands, which are now void of the USB file he’d
stolen. (It’s been safely stored in his utility belt.)
He doesn’t outwardly show it, but Tim prickles with
discomfort as Jason’s guns are poised at his chest, because
he knows how efficient he is with them.
“Excuse me? There is no other ‘birdy’,
so I have no idea what you’re talking
about.”As far as he knew, Catwoman did even have a sidekick,
but that was the thought that his mind immediately
jumped to. How could it not? The guy was… practically
Selena. Practically. (Obviously there were some slight
differences, but otherwise—)“I’m Robin. Who are you?”

❛ You don’t know Robin? Mean and green?
With some red and yellow thrown in? ❜
Woah, alright. Tim isn’t sure if the guy in front of him was just
playing around (in which case, he was a damned good actor
to have fooled Stray) or if he was serious. He subconsciously
thought of how the teen was fortunate to not have had a run-in
with Damian. But–there was something alarmingly familiar about
this “Robin’s” voice and mannerisms.
❛ Me? ❜ he then allowed the smallest of smirks to
appear on his features, ❛ I’m Stray. ❜
